We are delighted to be announcing the 3rd Talking Across the World (TAW) symposium will to be held this year in Hong Kong on May 16th 2019. We have been working hard with our partners, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Call Centre Association to ensure a stimulating symposium.
Please find below the call for papers and we have a number of plenary speakers covering topics such as technology impact; recruitment and training for contact centres and quality measurement processes impacting key performance targets about to confirm. Their abstracts will be uploaded shortly.
We have a number of paper slots available and will look forward to receiving abstracts in the next couple of weeks. We are also looking for sponsors!
